Mr. Ricardo Fonseca de Mendonca Lima has served as Chief Executive Officer and an Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Cimpor Cimentos de Portugal SGPS SA since July 16, 2012. He has been the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Company since July 16, 2012. At InterCement, he has been Vice President of Operations since 2004. Between 2008 and 2010, he was General Director of InterCement's Argentina Business Unit. In 2008, he acted as General Director of Operations of Brazil Business Unit of InterCement. From 2004 to 2007, he held the post of Operations Director of InterCement's Brazil Business Unit. From 1998 to 2004, he acted as Industrial Manager of Acos Villares Sidenor SA. He gained a degree in Industrial Administration from the Universidade de Sao Paulo, a Bachelor's in Metallurgical Engineering from Escola Politecnica da Universidade de Sao Paulo, a Master's in Metallurgical Engineering from the Universidade de Sao Paulo and a Masters of Business Administration in Business Management from Fundacao Dom Cabral (FDC).
