Mr. Thomas J. Flaherty is Independent Director of CECO Environmental Corp., since May 10, 2004. He has served on Compensation Committee since December 1, 2005. Mr. Flaherty retired as COO and Board member of Fairchild Corp. in 1999. He spent forty years in various industrial and aerospace corporations with worldwide responsibilities. He has experience in operations, and in addition to serving as COO of Fairchild Corp., has served as President and COO of IMO Industries, CEO, President and Board member of Transnational Industries, Senior Vice President of Pratt & Whitney, and Executive Vice President of Hamilton Standard, both divisions of United Technologies. He has served on boards both in the United States and internationally and is currently sitting on four boards of not-for-profit companies.
