Brief Biography
Mr. Jason DeZwirek became a Director of CECO Environmental Corp. in February 1994. He became Secretary of the Company on February 20, 1998. He also serves as a member of the boards of directors of the Company’s subsidiaries. Mr. DeZwirek’s principal occupation since October 1999 has been as an officer and director of Kaboose Inc., an online media company servicing the children and family markets that trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX:KAB). Mr. DeZwirek currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Kaboose Inc. Mr. DeZwirek also is a Director and the Secretary of API Nanotronics Corp. (OTCBB:APIA).
