Spackman, Dale
Brief Biography
Mr. Dale Spackman is Vice Chairman of the Board of Central Fund of Canada Limited since 2001. He is a Director since 1990. Mr. Spackman holds a science degree from the University of Calgary and a law degree from the University of Alberta. He has been a partner of Parlee McLaws LLP, an Alberta law firm, since 1986 where his practice concentrates on aviation, banking and finance and corporate and commercial law. He serves as a Bencher of the Law Society of Alberta and has chaired its Audit, Finance and Corporate and Commercial Advisory Committees. Mr. Spackman is also a director and chairs the Corporate Governance Committee of the Calgary Minor Soccer Association.
