Mr. Theodor Krantz is an Independent Director of Cognex Corporation since May 2007. Mr. Krantz has been Vice President of Airmar Technology Corporation since May 2011, and previously was President from 2000. He served as President, and later Chief Executive Officer, of Velcro Industries from 1984 to 1999. Mr. Krantz also serves, and has served for more than ten years, as a member of the Boards of Directors and Audit Committees of Hitchiner Manufacturing Company and Control Air, Inc. Mr. Krantz holds a B.A. from Princeton University, and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.
