Ms. Wu Andi is Executive Director, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of China Telecom Corp. Ltd. She is responsible for the financial management of the Company. Madam Wu is a senior accountant. She graduated from the Beijing Institute of Economics (currently known as Capital University of Economics and Business) with a bachelor degree in finance and trading in 1983, and studied in a postgraduate program in business economics management at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences from 1996 to 1998. Prior to joining China Telecommunications Corporation in May 2000, she served as Director General of the Department of Economic Adjustment and Communication Settlement of the Ministry of Information Industry (“MII”), Director General, Deputy Director General and Director of the Department of Finance of the MPT. She is also Vice President of China Telecommunications Corporation. Madam Wu has 27 years of economic and fi nancial management experience in the telecommunications industry in China.
