Mr. Song Jinan is President, Chief Executive Officer, Treasurer, Secretary, Director of China-Biotics, Inc., since March 2006. His current term as director expires with the 2012 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Mr. Song was one of the founders of Shining in 1999, and has been the principal executive officer of Shining since inception. Prior to founding Shining, Mr. Song served as the chief engineer of Sai Bao Bio-Chemical Manufacturing Corporation. Mr. Song received his Bachelor’s Degree in Polymers from the University of Hei Long Jiang and his Master’s degree in Politics and Economics from Habin Industrial University.
