Mr. Brian D. Pflug has been Senior Vice President - Accounting and Finance of Access Integrated Technologies Inc. since January 2003. From September 2000 to December 2002, he had been the Company’s Vice President -- Controller. From July 1998 to September 2000, Mr. Pflug was the Controller of Cablevision Cinemas, where he was responsible for all accounting functions, including financial reporting, payroll and accounts payable. Prior to that, Mr. Pflug was employed for four years at GPU, Inc. (which later merged with FirstEnergy Corp.), a large energy provider, in the areas of SEC reporting and accounting research. Mr. Pflug began his career as an auditor at Coopers & Lybrand and is a Certified Public Accountant.
