Theodore Abajian is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of CKE Restaurants, Inc., since May 2003. From March 2002 to May 2003, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. From November 2000 to March 2002, Mr. Abajian served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Santa Barbara Restaurant Group, and as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from May 1998. In addition, from January 2000 to October 2000, Mr. Abajian held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Checkers Drive-In Restaurants, Inc., and served as the Chief Financial Officer of Star Buffet, Inc. from July 1997 to May 1998. Mr. Abajian also served as a director of Stacey’s Buffet, Inc. from October 1997 to February 1998, and was Vice President and Controller of Summit Family Restaurants, Inc. from 1994 to 1998.
