Mr. Eric Spencer Eissenstat is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary of Continental Resources Inc., since August 2011. He joined the Company as Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer in December 2010. He joined the Company with 27 years of experience in complex business and commercial matters, oil and gas, and litigation. Prior to joining the Company, he served as director with Fellers, Snider, Blankenship, Bailey & Tippens, P.C. in Oklahoma City from 1983 to 2010. Mr. Eissenstat is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, has held leadership positions in the Oklahoma Bar Association and Oklahoma County Bar Association and is a Member of the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association. While in private practice, Mr. Eissenstat was listed in Best Lawyers in America, Chambers USA, and was selected as a Top Ten Lawyer by Oklahoma Super Lawyers. Mr. Eissenstat earned his Bachelor of Science with honors in Political Science from Oklahoma State University and his Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Oklahoma where he was awarded Order of the Coif.
