Mr. Dennis R. Hernreich has been Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of Casual Male Retail Group, Inc. since September 2002. Prior to that, Mr. Hernreich served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer upon joining the company on September 5, 2000. Prior to joining the Company, from 1996 through 1999, Mr. Hernreich held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Loehmann’s Inc., a national retailer of women’s apparel. From 1999 to August 2000, Mr. Hernreich was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pennsylvania Fashions, Inc., a 275-store retail outlet chain operating under the name Rue 21.
