Brief Biography
Honourable Frank J. McKenna, P.C., O.C., O.N.B., Q.C., is Independent Director of Canadian Natural Resource Ltd. He is the Deputy Chair of TD Bank Group. Prior to this, he served as Canadian Ambassador to the United States from 2005 to 2006, Counsel to Atlantic Canada law firm McInnes Cooper from 1998 to 2005, and Premier of New Brunswick from 1987 to 1997. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Francis Xavier University and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of New Brunswick. He received the Order of Canada in 2008. Other public company board of directors Mr. F. J. McKenna is currently serving on are Brookfield Asset Management Inc.
