Brief Biography
Mr. Gerald W. Grandey is Independent Director of Canadian Oil Sands Limited. Mr. Grandey has experience in the nuclear and mining industries, in business development and finance. He is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Cameco Corporation. Mr. Grandey was Vice Chairman of the Concord Business Group and President of Energy Fuels Nuclear. He currently serves on the boards of Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan, Inmet Mining Corporation and Sandspring Resources Ltd. Mr. Grandey was a director of Cameco Corporation and Centerra Gold Inc. He has a degree in geophysical engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and a law degree from Northwestern University.
