Brief Biography
Mr. G. Scott Romney is Independent Director of Compuware Corporation since January 1996. Mr. Romney has been a partner at Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP, a law firm, since 1977. The law firm serves as counsel to the company on various legal matters. Since 2008, Mr. Romney has served as a Senior Advisor to Solamere Capital LLC, a private equity fund. Mr. Romney currently serves on the non-public board of directors for Boy Scouts of America, Great Lakes Council and New Detroit Coalition. Since 2003, he has served on the board of trustees for Michigan State University College of Law and is a member of its Compensation Committee.
