Mr. Jeffrey W. Burris is Vice President, General Counsel of Cryolife, Inc., since February 2010. Mr. Burris has been with the Company since February 2008, serving as General Counsel from February of 2008 until February 2010. From 2003 to 2008, Mr. Burris served as Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel for Waste Management, where he was the attorney responsible for acquisitions and divestitures for Waste Management’s Southern Group.
