Mr. Steven M. Hill serves as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer of Claymore Funds. He is Senior Managing Director (2005-present), Managing Director (2003-2005) of Claymore Advisors, LLC and Claymore Securities, Inc. He is Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer of certain funds in the Fund Complex. He was formerly, Treasurer of Henderson Global Funds and Operations Manager for Henderson Global Investors (NA) Inc. (2002-2003). He served as Managing Director, FrontPoint Partners LLC (2001-2002), Vice President, Nuveen Investments (1999-2001), Chief Financial Officer, Skyline Asset Management LP, (1999), Vice President, Van Kampen Investments and Assistant Treasurer, Van Kampen mutual funds (1989-1999).
