Mr. Augustine Lawlor is Director of Cardiovascular Systems, Inc since February 2009. He was a member of Replidyne’s Board of Directors from March 2002 to February 2009. Mr. Lawlor is the Managing Partner of HealthCare Ventures LLC, where he was a Managing Director from 2000 to 2007. Mr. Lawlor was previously Chief Operating Officer of LeukoSite, Inc. and has also served as a management consultant with KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Lawlor is a member of the board of directors of Human Genome Sciences, Inc., a publicly-held company.
