Ms. Jie Sun is Chief Financial Officer of Ctrip.com International, Ltd. since December 2005. She has experience in United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Prior to joining the Company, she served as Head of the SEC and has served at External Reporting Division of Applied Materials Inc from 1997 till 2005. Prior to joining Applied Materials Inc, she worked at KPMG LLP for five years. She is Member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Member of State of California Certified Public Accountant. She received a Bachelors degree from Business School of University of Florida with High Honors. She also attended the undergraduate program at Beijing University Law School. She is Certified Public Accountant.
