Dr. Niel B. Nielson, Ph.D., is Independent Director of Covenant Transportation Group Inc., since 2003. Such directorships include serving as a member of the audit, compensation, nominating and governance, and valuation committees of such funds. During the past five years, Dr. Nielson also has served as a director of the Maclellan Foundation, Inc., the Maclellan Center for Global Christian Education, the Covenant College Foundation, the Chalmers Center for Economic Development, Allied Arts of Chattanooga, and the Chattanooga Symphony and Opera. Dr. Nielson holds a masters and Ph.D. in philosophy.
