Mr. William F. Andrews is an Independent Director of Corrections Corporation of America. Mr. Andrews has served as a Director since August 2000. Mr. Andrews also serves as Chair of the Company's Executive Committee. From August 2000 until July 2008, Mr. Andrews served as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Andrews has been a principal of Kohlberg & Company, a private equity firm specializing in middle market investing, since 1995. Mr. Andrews is a graduate of the University of Maryland and received an M.B.A. from Seton Hall University.
