Brief Biography
Mr. Robert S. Jepson Jr., is Independent Director of Dominion Resources, Inc. Mr. Jepson has been chairman and chief executive officer of Jepson Associates, Inc., a private investment firm, since 1989. Mr. Jepson is chairman of the board of the Georgia Ports Authority and serves on the boards of Savannah College of Art and Design, Lees-McRae College, Georgia Historical Society and the Lucas Theatre for the Arts. He received his undergraduate and graduate degrees in business and commerce from the University of Richmond. Mr. Jepson is the principal contributor and founder of the University of Richmond’s Jepson School of Leadership Studies.
