Mr. John W. Kluge, Jr., serves as the Independent Director of Digital Domian Media Group Inc. since the consummation of the company's initial public offering in November 2011. Mr. Kluge has acted as an adviser to the company since December 2010. Since December 2008, he has been the Research and New Media Officer for EastWest Institute. Prior to joining the EastWest Institute, he worked as a consultant for S.M.A.R.T. (Sustainable Music Artist Recording and Touring) and as the Projects Coordinator and Legislative Liaison for Rock and Wrap It Up!, an anti-poverty think tank. Mr. Kluge also served as an adviser to the Ambassador of the Central African Republic before joining the EastWest Institute. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from Columbia University. He is also the author of the book John Kluge: Stories, published in 2009.
