Mr. Edward McGrogan has been appointed as Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President, Controller of Discover Financial Services effective December 18, 2012. Mr. McGrogan has been employed by the Company for approximately four years serving most recently, as Vice President, Reporting and Accounting Services and previously as Director, External Reporting. Prior to working at the Company, Mr. McGrogan worked at LaSalle Bank N.A. for approximately ten years in a variety of positions, including as Senior Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis from 2006 until 2008 and previously as First Vice President, External Reporting.
