Mr. Joseph Dauber serves as External Director at Delek Group Ltd since January 1, 2009. Mr. Dauber has served in various senior positions at Bank Hapoalim since 1973. Until June 2002, he was Deputy Chairman of the Board of Management and joint Managing Director of Bank Hapoalim and was responsible for the commercial division of the bank.
