Mr. Bill W. Wheat is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of D.R. Horton, Inc. Mr. Wheat was a Senior Vice President and Controller from 2000 until 2003. From 1998 until 2000, Mr. Wheat was an Accounting Manager with the Company. From 1991 to 1998, Mr. Wheat held financial and accounting positions with The Bombay Company. Prior to 1991, Mr. Wheat was an auditor with Price Waterhouse LLP (currently PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP). Mr. Wheat also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company from October 2003 to January 2011.
