Ms. Teri List-Stoll is Independent Director of Danaher Corp. She has been Senior Vice President and Treasurer of The Procter & Gamble Company since 2009, and has served in a series of progressively more responsible positions in the Procter & Gamble accounting and finance organization since joining the company in 1994. Prior to joining Procter & Gamble, Ms. List-Stoll was employed by the accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche for almost ten years. Her experience dealing with complex finance and accounting matters for Procter & Gamble gives her an appreciation for and understanding of the similarly complex finance and accounting matters that Danaher faces.
