Mr. Jaime de Marichalar y Saenz de Tejada has served as an Independent Director of Christian Dior SA since May 11, 2006. He is the Duke of Lugo. He began his career in 1986 in Banque Indosuez on the MATIF Futures Market in Paris. He then joined Credit Suisse and worked for the Investment Bank and Private Banking. In January 1998, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Credit Suisse in Madrid. He also serves as Advisor to the Chairman of LVMH Group for Spain and as Member of the Board of Directors of Loewe SA, Waste Recycling Group and Sociedad General Immobiliaria de Espana SA, among others.
