People: Dow 30sm Enhanced Premium & Income Fund Inc (DPO)

Dr. William J. Schneider is Independent Director of Dow 30 Enhanced Premium & Income Fund Inc. Mr. Schneider is currently Chairman, formerly Senior Partner and Chief Operating Officer (retired, December 2004) of Miller-Valentine Partners Ltd., a real estate investment company. He is also a member of two Miller-Valentine real estate LLC companies. He was formerly a Director and Past Chair of the Dayton Development Coalition. He was formerly a member of the Community Advisory Board of the National City Bank in Dayton as well as a former member of the Business Advisory Council of the Cleveland Federal Reserve Bank. Mr. Schneider is a member of the Business Advisory Council for the University of Dayton College of Business. He is also a board member of Tech Town, Inc., a not-for-profit community development company, and of WDPR Public Radio. Mr. Schneider was an independent trustee of the Flagship Funds, a group of municipal open-end funds. He also served as Chair of the Miami Valley Hospital and as Chair of the Finance Committee of its parent holding company. Mr. Schneider has a Bachelor of Science in Community Planning from the University of Cincinnati and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Dayton.
