Prof. Dr. Ulrich Lehner is Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Deutsche Telekom AG. He has held this position since April 25, 2008 and was appointed to the Company’s Supervisory Board on April 17, 2008. He is Member of the Shareholders' Committee of Henkel AG & Co. KGaA, Dusseldorf. He also works for E.ON AG, Dusseldorf (since April 2003), Henkel Management AG, Dusseldorf (since February 2008), HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt AG, Dusseldorf (since June 2004), Dr. Ing. h.c. F.
