Brief Biography
Frederick B. Hegi Jr. is Director of the Drew Industries, Inc. He is a founding partner of Wingate Partners, including the indirect general partner of each of Wingate Partners L.P. and Wingate Partners II, L.P. Since May 1982, Mr. Hegi has served as President of Valley View Capital Corporation, a private investment firm. Mr. Hegi is a director of Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc., a publicly-owned regional and Internet bank; and is Chairman of the Board of United Stationers, Inc., a publicly-owned wholesale distributor of business products.
