Ms. Mireille Faugere has been an Independent Director of Electricite de France SA since November 23, 2009. She is also the Chairwoman of the Company's Ethics Committee. She is a graduate of Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) and began her career at SNCF in 1979, where she first held operational positions linked to the railway sector before joining the Research division. In 1989, she was entrusted with the mission to develop the TGV Mediterranee railway. In 1991, she was appointed Director of the Montparnasse railway station in Paris. In 1993, Ms. Faugere was appointed as responsible for the Strategy Department within the Economy, Strategy and Investment division. From 1996 until 2001, she was in charge of the Commercial and Marketing Department at the Grandes Lignes Direction. From 2001 until 2003, she was Managing Director of SNCF -Participations. From 2003 until 2010, she was a Member of the Executive Committee of SNCF and Managing Director of SNCF Voyages. As of September 2010, she is the Managing Director of Assistance publique - Hopitaux de Paris. She has also been a Director of Essilor International since May 2010, Vice Chairman of the Board of Association HEC since June 2011 and Director of Fondation l'Oreal since May 2012.
