Mr. Bruno Lescoeur is the Director of Gas Activities and a Member of the Management Committee of Electricite de France SA as of 2010 and is also in charge of Southern Europe as of 2012. He previously served as Senior Executive Vice President in charge of Gas Activities of Electricite de France SA from May 20, 2008 to February 4, 2010. He was a Member of the Company’s Executive Committee and had served as Senior Executive Vice President of International Industrial and Public Affairs since March 2006 and before that as Senior Executive Vice President of International Shareholdings from December 20, 2004. A graduate of Ecole Polytechnique, Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l’Administration Economique and Institut d’Etudes Politiques, he joined Electricite de France SA in 1978. In 1987, he took on the position of Head of subdivision with the Distribution Management division in Mulhouse. From 1990, he negotiated and established Electricite de France SA’s position within the reorganized British electricity industry. In August 1991, he was appointed Executive Vice President of EDF-GDF Services for the Var region then Assistant Finance Director for Elecrticite de France SA between 1993 and 1998, becoming Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of London Electricity Group in 1999. He was appointed Executive Vice President, Production and Engineering for Elecrticite de France SA in 2002.
