Mr. Gerard Wolf is the Director of Relations with International Financial Institutions in Washington and a Member of the Management Committee of Electricite de France SA as of 2012. He previously served as Director of International Development and Member of the Management Committee of the Company from 2010. Prior to that, he was Senior Executive Vice President in charge of International Operations and Group Synergies of Electricite de France SA from May 2008 to February 4, 2010. He was a Member of the Company’s Executive Committee and previously served as Senior Executive Vice President in charge of Subsidiaries and International Development from March 2006 until 2008. He is an Agricultural Engineer and a graduate of INA (Institut Nationale Agronomique Paris-Grignon) and Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris. He began his career as a civil servant with local government before being appointed Director at the office of the Secretary of State for Defence in 1988. From 1996 to 1998, he was deputy director for the emergency services and fire services with the Ministry of the Interior. He joined Electricite de France SA in 1998 as Executive Coordinator for the Managing Director's office before being appointed Executive Vice President for Group Coordination in 2001, Executive Vice President for the Group's business networks in 2003 and Executive Vice President in charge of group development and projects in November 2004.
