Mr. Michael T. Flynn is Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President of Eagle Bancorp, Inc. Previously served as President - District of Columbia Division of the Bank, from June 2006 until August 2008, and was President of the Bank from January 2004 until June 2006. Mr. Flynn has over 39 years experience in the banking industry in the Washington, DC and Maryland region. Prior to joining EagleBank in January 2004, he was the Washington region executive for Mercantile Bankshares Corporation from April 2003. He previously was the Director of Strategic Planning for Allfirst Financial, Inc., and prior to that held several executive level positions for Bank of America and predecessor companies. He has been involved in community affairs throughout his career, particularly educational groups including the American Institute of Banking and the Corcoran College of Art & Design.
