Mr. Bryan R. Martin is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of 8x8 Inc. He has served as Chairman of the Board since December 2003. Mr. Martin has served as Chief Executive Officer and as a director since February 2002. From March 2007 to November 2008, and again from April 2011 to December 2011, he served as President of the Company. From February 2001 to February 2002, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer and a director of the Company. He served as Senior Vice President, Engineering Operations from July 2000 to February 2001 and as the Company's Chief Technical Officer from August 1995 to August 2000. He also served as a director from January 1998 to July 1999. In addition, Mr. Martin served in various technical roles for the Company from April 1990 to August 1995. He received a B.S. and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
