Craver, Theodore 

Brief Biography

Mr. Theodore F. Craver, Jr., is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Edison International. Mr. Craver has been the Chairman of the Board, President, and Chief Executive Officer of EIX since 2008. He served as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of EMG from 2005 to 2008, and, prior to that, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of EIX. Before joining the Company as Vice President and Treasurer in 1996, Mr. Craver served as executive vice president and corporate treasurer of First Interstate Bancorp and executive vice president and chief financial officer of First Interstate’s wholesale banking subsidiary. He is a director of Health Net, Inc. Mr. Craver is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where he also received his MBA degree.
