Ms. Cecilia Vieweg has been Secretary of the Board of Directors, Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Electrolux AB since 1999. She holds responsibility for legal and intellectual property, risk management and security matters in the Company. She is also Member of the Board of Directors of Vattenfall AB, PMC Group AB and Member of the Swedish Securities Council. From 1987 to 1990, she served as Attorney with Berglund & Co. Advokatbyra in Gothenburg, Sweden. From 1990 to 1992, she was Corporate Legal Counsel of AB Volvo, and from 1992 to 1997, General Counsel of Volvo Car Corporation. In 1998, she served as Attorney and a Partner in Wahlin Advokatbyra in Gothenburg, Sweden. She holds a Bachelor of Law degree.
