Brief Biography
Mr. Mark Mobius serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Investment Management of Templeton Emerging Markets. He has been President since 1987 and Chief Executive Officer—Investment Management since 2002. He is Portfolio Manager of various Templeton advisory affiliates and serves as Executive Chairman of Templeton Asset Management Ltd.; and officer and/or director, as the case may be, of some of the other subsidiaries of Franklin Resources, Inc. and of six of the investment companies in Franklin Templeton Investments.
