People: Enel SpA (ENEI.MI)

Mr. Marco Arcelli has served as Executive Vice President of Upstream Gas Division at Enel SpA since June 2009. Previously he was Head of Business Development, Mergers and Acquisitions and Operations Support of the International Division from 2006 to 2009. From 2005 to 2006, he was General Director and Vice Chairman of the Board of Slovenske Elektrarne. From 2003 to 2005, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Enel North America. From 2001 to 2003, he was Executive Assistant of the Chief Executive Officer of Enel SpA. Before joining Enel SpA he held several positions with General Electric in the United States and Italy, and was Project Manager and Dispute Resolution Manager in London, San Francisco and Copenhagen. Mr. Marco Arcelli graduated from Universita degli Studi di Genova in Mechanical Engineering in 1994.
