Mr. Gerhard Ammann has been appointed as Acting Chairman of the Board of Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation Plc., effective April 24, 2013. Mr. Ammann was appointed to the Board on 8 November 2007. Prior to joining the ENRC Board Mr. Ammann was Chairman and CEO of Deloitte in Switzerland until May 2007 and has over 30 years’ experience as an auditor of international companies, primarily in banking, finance and international trade. Chairman of the Audit Committee since 6 December 2007 and member of the Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee.
