Mr. Judson Bergman is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Envestnet Inc., since 1999. Prior to founding company, Mr. Bergman was Managing Director at Nuveen Investments, Inc., or Nuveen, a diversified investment manager. Mr. Bergman serves as a trustee of RS Investment Trust and RS Variable Products Trust, registered investment companies. Mr. Bergman received an MBA in finance and accounting from Columbia University and a BA in English from Wheaton College. Mr. Bergman has familiarity with the financial services industry acquired through his years with company and his experience at Nuveen as well as his education in finance and accounting.
