Mr. Robert H. Smith is Lead Director of Epicor Software Corp. From 1996 through 2002, Mr. Smith was the CFO and Executive Vice President of finance and administration for Novellus Systems, Inc. Mr. Smith also served on the board of directors of Novellus until his retirement in 2002. Mr. Smith is a member of the board of directors of Cirrus Logic, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRUS). Mr. Smith is also on the board of directors of PLX Technology (NASDAQ: PLXT), Virage Logic (NASDAQ: VIRL) and ON Semiconductor (NASDAQ: ONNN). Mr. Smith holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma City University.
