Mr. Michael Kelly is Director of Epicor Software Corp., since September 2005. Since October 2005, Mr. Kelly has served as Chairman and CEO of Kinsale Associates, a merchant bank. From July 2005 to October 2005, Mr. Kelly served as CEO of Cape Semiconductor Inc., a fabless semiconductor company providing analog and mixed signal solutions to a variety of industries. Prior to that, from 1994 to 2005, Mr. Kelly was vice-chairman and senior managing director of Broadview International, LLC, an international technology investment banking firm and a division of Jefferies Inc. Mr. Kelly currently serves on the board of directors of Adept Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADEP). Mr. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from Western Illinois University, a Master of Business Administration from St. Louis University and is a certified public accountant.
