Mr. Aaron M. Kitlowski serves as Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary of Equity One Inc. He has served as general counsel and corporate secretary since February 2012, deputy general counsel and assistant corporate secretary from March 2011 to January 2012 and a vice president since joining the company in March 2011. Prior to joining the company , Mr. Kitlowski served as a Chief Counsel of CIT Group Inc., a finance company, from September 2005 to March 2011. From 1997 to 2000 and again from 2001 to 2005, Mr. Kitlowski was an associate with the law firm of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, New York, New York. From 2000 to 2001, Mr. Kitlowski served as Assistant General Counsel for Sphera Optical Networks, a fiber optic telecommunications company. Mr. Kitlowski received a B.A. from Duke University and a Juris Doctorate from Duke University School of Law.
