Daniel W. Rabun is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Ensco International Incorporated. He has been one of the directors of the company since March 2006, when he joined the company as President. Mr. Rabun was appointed to serve as the company's Chief Executive Officer effective January 1, 2007 and elected Chairman of the company's Board on May 22, 2007. Before joining Ensco during 2006, Mr. Rabun was a partner at the international law firm of Baker & McKenzie LLP. Mr. Rabun provided legal advice and counsel to the company for over fifteen years before joining the Company and served as one of the company's directors during 2001. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1976 and a member of the Texas Bar since 1983. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from the University of Houston and a Juris Doctorate Degree from Southern Methodist University.
