Mr. Duncan W. Richardson is Executive Vice President, Chief Equity Investment Officer, Director of Eaton Vance Corp. Mr. Richardson has served as a Director of the Company since January 2008. He has been Executive Vice President of the Company since January 2006 and Chief Equity Investment Officer since November 2001. He was Senior Vice President of the Company from October 2000 to January 2006 and a Vice President of the Company from January 1990 to October 2000. Mr. Richardson serves as a member of the Executive and Management Committees established by the Company’s Board of Directors.
