Kathryn S. MacAskie has served as Senior Vice President - Acquisitions and Divestitures of EV Energy Partners, L.P since 2006. She has been President and co-owner of FlairTex Resources, Inc., a petroleum engineering consulting and acquisition business since 2002. Prior to that, Ms. MacAskie was Vice President and Manager of the Houston Office for Cawley, Gillespie & Associates Inc., a Petroleum Engineering Consulting firm from 1999 to 2002 and Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Divestitures for EnerVest, Ltd. from 1994 to 1999. She holds a BS in Engineering from Rice University and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
