Mr. Frederick Dwyer serves as Controller of EV Management, the general partner of EV Energy L.P, since 2006. In January 2012, Mr. Dwyer was promoted to and is serving as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of EnerVest, Ltd. From 2006 to 2011, he served as Vice President and Controller of EnerVest. From 1986 to 2006, he was employed by KCS Energy, Inc., a Houston–based oil and natural gas exploration and production company, where he held various management and supervisory positions including Vice President, Controller and Corporate Secretary. He began his career with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Company. Mr. Dwyer holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Manhattan College.
