He served as non-executive director from May 2006 until his re-appointment as Chairman of the Board on 1 December 2008. A director of OAO Raspadskaya, a member of the Bureau of the Board of Directors and a member of the Board of Directors of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (an independent non-governmental organization), director of OJSC Bank International Financial Club.
