Mr. Brian J. Ratner is Executive Vice President, Director of Forest City Enterprises Inc. Mr. Ratner has been a Forest City director since 1993. Mr. Ratner has been Executive Vice President since 2001 and is an officer and/or director of various subsidiaries of the Company. He also serves as president of Forest City Texas, Inc. and leads operations in Dallas, a core market for the Company. Mr. Ratner is active with numerous community, charitable, educational and professional organizations, including the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, and Case Western Reserve University.
